Ocean Place

Today 06/15/2019 is the first day that the sales office is open on First Street in Seal Beach. The model homes are not completed yet but you can see a great virtual tour inside the sales office. It truly feels like the homes have already been built, the park has been designed and landscaped and you are walking through enjoying the homes and new neighborhood.

Shea Homes did a fantastic job showing what the development will look like without 1 home being built yet. Good thing! Because the 4 homes in Phase 1 will come up for sale in 3 weeks. Buyers will be asked to

buy a house, with no rescission (right to cancel), sight unseen. Looking at the map, there are 2 great

property locations in this first phase, 1B and 8B.

The price point of the homes runs from the lower $2 Million dollars to around $4 Million dollars depending on size and location. There are 8 floorplans, all floorplans are 2 stories, have reverse floor plans with living upstairs and bedrooms downstairs and 3-4 bedrooms. There are no elevators in any of the floorplans. Square footage varies from low 3,000s to high 4,000s. The houses facing the San Gabriel River and the houses facing the Park and further down the Ocean, have a large 2nd story deck (as well as a ground floor deck) to optimize views, whereas the homes that are facing First Street or have an interior location have a rooftop deck to allow for visibility of the ocean.

Location, location, location! The entire development is within a hundred yards of the ocean and a short 7-block walk to Seal Beach’s quaint Main Street and its shops and restaurants. You can also hop over the bridge and walk to Alamitos Bay to enjoy Ballast Point Brewery and restaurant, Boathouse on the Bay, rent Duffy boats or paddle boards at London Boat Rentals and a 10-minute stroll over to the

Farmer’s Market every Sunday. The park in front of the new development looks like it will have a wonderful design of bike paths, walkways, sitting area, native vegetation and a couple of small bridges that will be available to the

public. A great addition to River’s End area of Seal Beach that will be enjoyed by everyone.

I am available to assist you with any questions you may have regarding in Seal Beach and this
